ABOUT

I hold a safe and sacred space for you to explore God's nudging in your life. Certified through Portland Seminary, I continue to grow and practice a wide range of spiritual disciplines, including seeing a spiritual director and supervisor.

I have been shaped by a host of saints: Methodists, Presbyterians, Charismatics, Anglicans, Orthodox, Quakers, to name a few. In addition, motherhood, embodied prayer, and time in nature have been formative in my spiritual journey.

While Christianity is my spiritual home, it doesn't have to be yours.

I've walked with self-described agnostics, atheists, pagans, spiritual-but-not-religious, and a host of others. Basically, if you've got a spirit (and you do!), I'd love to hear your story.
