What is Spiritual Direction?

God is already at work in your life.
A spiritual director simply helps you notice.

We listen together––to your story, your questions, and the gentle invitations from God in your life.

Over time, patterns emerge. We notice where there is life, resistance, or longing.

Spiritual direction is not advice-giving or therapy, but a share attentiveness to the Holy Spirit.

You don't need to have the right words.

You don't need to be certain or clear.

You only need to come as you are.

My role is not to lead you, but to listen with you. We trust that God is already present and speaking, often more quietly than we expect.

This practice is rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition––grounded in scripture, prayer, and trust in the living presence of Christ.
